An Order is the basket a customer checked out with. It can hold one or more reservations, and tracks its own status:

| Pending payment | Waiting for the customer to pay via Stripe |
| Confirmed | Paid (or free) and booked |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by the customer or by you, any payment refunded |
| Expired | Never paid within the payment window, released automatically |
Each order lists its order lines, one per reservation, with quantity, price, discount and tax. New orders and their totals are visible from the Orders page in the admin, and each new paid order also notifies your team by email.
