Build Your Collection

A quick overview of bookables, bundles, offerings and variants.

Your collection is everything you offer, in three layers:

  1. A Bookable is a physical thing with its own calendar: a court, a room, a chair, a person's time. It has opening hours and a booking window (how far ahead people may book).
  2. An Offering is what a customer actually sees and picks. It's built on top of one or more Bookables (or Bundles), and carries the Variants: the durations and prices a customer chooses between.
  3. A Bundle groups several Bookables that should be reserved together. Book the bundle, and the individual Bookables it's made of close automatically.

For most organisations, start with one Bookable per physical resource, then one Offering per bookable service with at least one Variant.

See Your Collection for the full picture, including availability, bundles and customer-group pricing.
