ReserveBee uses Stripe Connect so payments go straight to your own account. ReserveBee never holds your money.
- Go to Company settings → Integrations → Stripe and click Connect now.
- Complete Stripe's onboarding (business details, bank account).
- Once connected, customers can pay by iDEAL at checkout.
Free variants don't need a payment. An order made up entirely of free items confirms immediately, with no Stripe step involved.
ReserveBee charges you per reservation, not per transaction (see Plans & Fees). Stripe charges its own transaction costs on each online payment, which Stripe deducts before the money reaches your account.
Notitie
Currently the only payment method is iDEAL, and all amounts are in EUR.
