ReserveBee doesn't assume one shared calendar. Instead you model your own situation from four building blocks:
- Bookables are the physical things with a calendar: a court, a room, a chair.
- Bundles are several bookables reserved as one unit, with automatic overlap handling.
- Offerings are what a customer picks, built on bookables or bundles.
- Variants are the durations and prices a customer chooses between on an offering.
A simple example: a hairdresser has one Bookable per chair, one Offering per service ("Men's haircut"), and Variants for "cut only" (20 min) versus "cut & style" (45 min). A padel club has Bookable courts, a Bundle for courts that share a wall, and one Offering with hourly Variants.
